This Shipping Policy applies to all BPE products purchased through our online store.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders can be shipped to one delivery address provided at the time of placing the order. For multiple delivery addresses, separate orders must be placed.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Orders are generally delivered within 7 business days across India, subject to product availability, location, and courier serviceability.
Delivery may take longer during festivals, sales, unforeseen circumstances, or other operational delays.
No Shipping charges is applicable,
Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation with the tracking details will be shared with you.
Customers can use the tracking information to check the current status of their shipment on our website by Login ID and estimated delivery timeline.
All orders will be shipped with a valid BPE invoice.
Delivery Serviceability
Delivery is subject to the serviceability of our logistics partners.
If the selected delivery address is not serviceable, BPE may request an alternate address.
BPE will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by locations that are outside the serviceable areas of our logistics partners.
Multiple Shipments
BPE may ship products in multiple consignments depending on product availability, order specifications, or logistical requirements.
Damaged or Tampered Package
If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact BPE Customer Support immediately with your order details and supporting photographs/videos.
Important: Please do not accept a visibly damaged or tampered package without reporting it to the delivery partner.
